The research discusses how personality types explained in the Myers-Briggs theory affect an individual’s earning power.
The Myers-Briggs theory is built around four major dimensions of personality:
- Extraversion vs. Introversion
- Sensing vs. Intuition
- Thinking vs. Feeling
- Judging vs. Perceiving
These dimensions, combined together, create 16 personality types.
The Visual Capitalist’s Infographic summarizes the findings on how each of 16 personality types impacts income and shows that there is a big difference in average income for the 16 personality types.
