Denis Taillefer is a Portfolio Manager at Caldwell Investment Management Ltd. He is part of the team responsible for the Caldwell North American Fund (formerly Caldwell Balanced Fund) and Caldwell U.S. Dividend Advantage Fund.

Denis is a seasoned professional bringing over 20 years of broad investment management experience. Before joining Caldwell, he was a Portfolio Manager for a privately owned pension investment management firm based in Toronto. He started his career as an equity analyst and derivatives trader for a Toronto based firm specializing in Global Tactical Asset Allocation.

He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting. He is also a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Toronto.

An avid outdoorsman, he spends most of his weekends skiing, paddling, or trekking the great outdoors with his family.
