00:14 Yes so we purchased element fleet in our Canadian value momentum strategy in April 2019 and more recently in our North American equity strategy. Markets have been very macro driven since the fourth quarter of 2018 and then that kind of environment.
00:29 It's especially attractive to have value creation that it's in management's control and that's what we have with element fleet. The company is the largest provider of fleet services in North America. It's an attractive business model. They're doing a great job executing a turnaround and have recently articulated an attractive growth plan. And when we asked management what's most underappreciated about the business the responses the resiliency of the business in a weaker macro environment which is obviously attractive.
00:59 So we think it's still early stages in the story and expect a much higher share price over the next several years.
